Hello spatial family! We hope you are finding time to be unapologetically queer and photosynthesizing in the new summer heat. We turn up the temperature this week with an absolute scorcher. A 3-hour set from the favorite local spellcaster, Human Plushie.

Human Plushie is a Philadelphia born-and-based DJ and producer, driven by her love and devotion to the underground scene. Reflective of the world around her, her sound weaves her own productions with those of her peers to create sonic experiences that are both feverishly passionate and undeniably queer.

Known for her percussive and playful instincts, Human Plushie builds her world through curiosity, texture, and wit. She is also the creator of KINSHIP, a trans-fronted party series dedicated to celebrating trans artistry. In the booth and beyond it, she promises to take you to a place where experimentation and connection can thrive together. 

Spatial Awareness is 9 pm-12 am. Human Plushie is the DJ. 

Our door is donation-based with a suggested sliding scale of $10-$20 - no one will be turned away. Donations go towards paying the artists and organizers, and are greatly appreciated if you have the means to contribute!
